FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

INSURANCE

We work with all ma­jor med­ical in­sur­ances such as Medicare, United Health­care, Aetna, Em­pire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. 


As a courtesy to our patients Orlando Physical Therapy will call your in­sur­ance com­pany to ver­ify your ben­e­fits and cov­er­age along with ex­plain­ing to you in de­tail how your in­sur­ance plan works. We also file our patients’ primary insurance claims as a courtesy. Please note that while we submit claims on your behalf, you are still responsible for ensuring that the insurance provider properly processes your claims. PAYMENT

We require full payment when services are rendered. We offer multiple payment options, including MasterCard, Visa, Check and Cash. Failure to provide payment at the time of services will automatically result in a cancellation of future appointments.

CONSULTATION

If you are unsure if you need physical therapy or want to know more, Dr. Orlando provides a FREE 20 minute consultation. Email us at office@orlandopt.com for your complimentary consultation.

CANCELLATIONS

We observe a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance, you are subject to a $50 fee.
